Senior Associate — Corporate & PMA

Location: Denpasar, Bali (on-site)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 5-8 years post-qualification

We seek a Senior Associate to lead corporate establishment, PMA licensing, and BKPM/OSS compliance matters. The ideal candidate holds an Indonesian S.H. degree, is admitted to PERADI, and has demonstrable experience advising foreign investors. English fluency required.

Associate — Family Law

Location: Denpasar, Bali (on-site)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 3-5 years post-qualification

Join our family law practice advising mixed-nationality couples on marriage registration, prenuptial agreements, divorce, and child custody. Strong interpersonal skills and English fluency required.

Bilingual Paralegal (English / Bahasa Indonesia)

Location: Denpasar, Bali (on-site)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 1-3 years

Provide translation (sworn / non-sworn), document legalization support, court filing, and client communication. Sworn translator certification (penerjemah tersumpah) preferred.

Legal Intern (Mahasiswa Hukum)

Location: Denpasar, Bali (on-site)
Type: Internship, 3-6 months
Experience: Final-year law student or recent graduate

Gain hands-on experience in cross-border legal practice. Stipend provided. Outstanding interns may be offered full-time associate positions.
